DNC – On the morning of December 1, 2024, more than 300 students enthusiastically participated in the 2nd annual “Walking for the Poor” program, held at Luu Huu Phuoc Park. This event was not only an opportunity for young people to demonstrate their sense of social responsibility, but also a meaningful occasion to spread messages of love and compassion.
The program not only promoted personal health benefits, but also served as a platform for the community to come together and embrace the spirit of solidarity, empathy, and mutual support. With their enthusiasm and energy, students from Nam Can Tho University immersed themselves in the event, carrying the message: “Joining hands for the poor – Spreading love.” They followed a 5-kilometer route along major city roads, creating a beautiful and impactful image in the hearts of local residents. Every footstep we take brings hope to those in difficult circumstances.
The active participation of students from Nam Can Tho University significantly contributed to the success of the program. Through this meaningful activity, young people not only demonstrated their dynamism and pioneer spirit, but also helped spread humanistic values, contributing to the building of a more united and sustainably developed society. Moreover, every step we take brings joy and hope to those in poverty. Together, we can make this world a warmer, happier, and more compassionate place.
