Promoting investment in infrastructure and modern equipment is one of the key factors contributing to NCTU’s success. With the desire to create an engaging learning environment that brings creative excitement to students, NCTU has established an impressive campus with a modern, green, clean, and beautiful infrastructure system in the heart of the Mekong Delta region.

NCTU also emphasizes the importance of energy conservation measures. Creating a clean and comfortable learning environment, as well as work and research spaces for staff, lecturers, and students, is extremely important, but efficient energy use is equally critical, especially regarding air conditioning use in classrooms and offices. NCTU has established regulations for air conditioning operation to conserve energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, thereby promoting lifelong education in society by connecting with and serving the community, allowing organizations and units to use the university’s infrastructure free of charge to organize programs, events, and seminars.
