DNC – In the context where international cooperation has increasingly become an indispensable part of education and research, Nam Can Tho University (NCTU/DNC) was honored to participate in the Vietnam-India Bilateral Education Dialogue Forum with the spirit of learning from experience, sharing knowledge, and pursuing common educational development goals.

On August 26, 2024, Nam Can Tho University (DNC) was honored to participate in the Vietnam-India Bilateral Education Dialogue Forum. This event was organized to promote educational cooperation between the two countries, creating opportunities for universities and educational institutions to exchange experiences, share knowledge, and develop collaborative training programs.

At the forum, DNC representatives presented the university’s outstanding achievements in teaching and scientific research. Simultaneously, DNC introduced its existing international cooperation programs and proposed new collaboration projects with Indian partners. These proposals included student and faculty exchanges, and research cooperation in fields such as information technology, healthcare, and business administration.

The Vietnam-India Bilateral Education Dialogue Forum was not only an opportunity for DNC to expand its international cooperation network but also an occasion to affirm the university’s position in the global education community. DNC’s active participation in this forum demonstrates the university’s commitment to enhancing education and training quality, meeting the increasingly high demands of domestic and international labor markets.

With steady progress in international cooperation, Nam Can Tho University is increasingly affirming its position as one of Vietnam’s leading universities, accompanying students on their journey to conquer knowledge and develop their careers.

Within the framework of the event, Nam Can Tho University demonstrated its readiness and commitment to training and research cooperation with Indian partners. DNC will also strive to build and develop, creating all conditions for support and connection in the human resource training activities of both universities. This will serve as a bridge for students from both countries to have opportunities to study international programs or pursue overseas education.

A notable highlight of this trip was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Delhi University, one of India’s most prestigious universities (ranked 325th in QS rankings). This MOU opens up prospects for extensive cooperation in key fields such as Information Technology, Economics, and Medicine, promising to bring numerous learning and research opportunities for students from both universities.

The signing of the MOU with Delhi University not only opens opportunities for training cooperation but also creates favorable conditions for joint research activities between the two universities. In the future, Nam Can Tho students will have opportunities to participate in international research projects, study and work alongside India’s leading scientists. Nam Can Tho University is also planning to organize student and faculty exchange programs to enhance cultural and academic exchanges between the two countries.
