On October 19, 2024, Nam Can Tho University organized a counseling and psychological support session for final-year students, aimed at equipping them with the necessary mental preparation and skills before officially entering the job market. The activity was implemented through collaboration between the Creative Entrepreneurship – Student Support and Business Cooperation Center with a team of psychological and human resources experts.
The significance of psychological preparation before graduation
Graduation is a crucial turning point in every student’s life, marking the transition from academic environment to the real working world. However, many young people face psychological pressure: anxiety about their ability to meet job requirements, concerns about fierce competition in the job market, or uncertainty about clear career directions.
