In recent years, the staff, lecturers, and employees of Nam Can Tho University have received attention in many aspects such as salary policies, seniority allowances, work allowances, and hazardous allowances. The university has also invested in building facilities and providing modern equipment, with spacious classrooms ensuring better teaching and learning conditions. This has created opportunities for staff, lecturers, and employees to improve their professional qualifications and expertise. Along with these efforts, the university has also focused on meeting the basic housing needs of its staff, lecturers, and employees, helping them feel secure in their profession and committed to the university for the long term, while being motivated to enhance their teaching and working capacity. The University Council of Nam Can Tho University has unanimously approved a Resolution on housing support policies for staff, lecturers, and employees from distant provinces working at the university, as well as for those facing housing difficulties locally. On the morning of August 9, 2018, Nam Can Tho University held the Inauguration Ceremony of the Lecturers’ Resort on its campus.

The Lecturers’ Resort of Nam Can Tho University was built with the aim of better meeting the needs of rest, relaxation, and on-campus accommodation for university leaders, domestic and international experts, as well as staff, lecturers, and employees working at Nam Can Tho University.
